Lifeways shortlisted in two categories at the inaugural Digital Excellence in Care Awards

Lifeways has been shortlisted in two categories at the inaugural Digital Excellence in Care Awards, organised by Nourish Care. 

The UK’s largest provider of support for people with complex needs in the community has been shortlisted in the categories for Data Driven Care and API Trailblazer at the inaugural awards, which will bring together senior leaders from across residential, homecare, learning disability and children’s services to share practical insights and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the year ahead. 

Amanda Brooke, Chief Transformation Officer at Lifeways, said: “It is a real honour to be shortlisted in not one, but two categories at the inaugural Digital Excellence in Care Awards this year. We have worked closely with Nourish over the last few years, and we are delighted to see our approach to digital innovation recognised.  

“Using data effectively, alongside APIs and integrations that connect our digital systems, is helping us strengthen person-centred care and improve outcomes for the people we support. Initiatives such as our digital support plans and AI quality checkers are great examples of how technology can make a meaningful difference to the quality of care we deliver.” 

Winners will be independently chosen by the DEC Steering Group, bringing together care providers, sector representatives and digital leaders. The winners will be announced at the Nourish Partner Programme Conference at the Waldorf Hilton in London on Tuesday, September 8.
