With over a decade’s experience in and around social care, Amy has a strong background improving the performance, quality, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organisational operations.

Amy joined Lifeways in 2021 as a Regional Director of Operations in the North West region. In this role, her work included designing and delivering a regional transformation programme, increasing community engagement, quality improvement, and colleague engagement.

Before joining Lifeways, Amy served in various senior operations roles around healthcare, community services, and probation trusts.

As Lifeways’ Managing Director for Supported Living, Amy continues to drive quality, performance, and our expertise in the sector.
