Regulations
Lifeways is regulated by and follows the recommended best practice of the following regulatory bodies, along with the NDT, Paradigm, In Control, Supporting People and REACH. To view our ratings, search for your local office or search for an individual supported living location.

Lifeways also holds an Autism Accreditation with The National Autistic Society for the following registered locations: Our Somerset office, our Swindon office, Elliots Avenue in Peterborough and Larch Wood in Bedford.
Championing Social Care
The work done every day, by our kind, compassionate, and caring colleagues at Lifeways and across the care sector needs to be recognised, celebrated, and shouted from the rooftops. That's why we became a Founding Patron of the Championing Social Care initiative, a volunteer-led group of leaders from across the sector. Our shared vision is to ensure a wider and deeper public understanding, appreciation, and respect for social care.
Listening to feedback
The happiness of the people we support and their families has always been, and will always be, our main priority. It's why we do what we do.
So along with listening to the feedback that we receive on an everyday basis, each year we send out a satisfaction survey to every person we support - and their families and carers. The detailed responses we receive are extremely valuable and play a key role in helping us shape how we deliver our support, both now and in the future.
