Andrea Kinkade

Andrea has worked in social care for more than 15 years, predominantly supporting working-age adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health conditions.

Since becoming CEO of Lifeways in 2022, she has led an ambitious transformation programme, strengthening regulatory compliance across 1,100 locations, driving digital innovation and preparing the organisation for growing demand across the sector.

Under Andrea's leadership, Lifeways continues to empower around 4,000 people to live fulfilling and independent lives through supported living, residential and mental health services across England, Scotland and Wales, while championing quality, innovation and person-centred support.
