Meet Gareth...
Gareth is an experienced quality, health and safety professional with extensive private and public sector experience. Since joining Lifeways in 2015, Gareth has held several senior management positions, including Head of Quality, Health and Safety, before becoming Quality Director in 2022. In his role as Quality Director, Gareth is responsible for the Quality Team, H&S Team and Compliance and Regulation Team; Gareth also holds fire, risk management, and business continuity specialisms. Gareth currently sits on the board for a charity based in the North West.
During his time at Lifeways, Gareth has implemented robust systems to manage quality, health, safety and fulfil our regulatory obligations. Gareth is an ambassador for person-centred approaches and is passionate about ensuring people live the best lives possible.
