Gareth Roberts
Chief Quality Officer
Gareth is an experienced quality, health and safety professional with extensive private and public sector experience. Since joining Lifeways in 2015, Gareth has held several senior management positions, including Head of Quality, Health and Safety, before becoming Quality Director in 2022. Now in his role as Chief Quality Officer, Gareth is responsible for the Quality Team, H&S Team, Policy and Risk, Clinical Governance, Positive Behaviour Support and Compliance and Regulation Team. Gareth also holds fire, risk management, and business continuity specialisms.
During his time at Lifeways, Gareth has implemented robust systems and software solutions to manage quality, health, safety and fulfil our regulatory obligations. Gareth is an ambassador for person-centred approaches and is passionate about ensuring people live the best lives possible.
