Living at this service
Life at Fecitt Brow is suitable for people with learning or neurological disabilities, brain injuries, and physical disabilities. Complex needs are well catered for here.
Fecitt Brow is ready to welcome a man or a woman aged between 30 and 60 years old. The people we support have complex needs including ABI, severe learning disabilities, epilepsy and some are non-verbal. Someone with similar needs is very welcome here.
One of the men we support likes using the sensory room, being in his car, and visiting the zoo or any outdoor setting. The other man here is football mad and likes playing on his PlayStation. The third person we support here enjoys going out and listening to music.
At Fecitt Brow, people choose how they spend their time. Trips to the zoo, the safari park, Blackpool, Scarborough, and the Lake District are favourites. People have varied interests including walking, listening to music, watching television, gaming, spending time in the sensory room, watching football, socialising and being in the community.
“Fecitt Brow is in a quiet location within a residential area. The staff have helped create stability within the house for the people we support. It is a homely environment which is very relaxed and peaceful.” Manager, Fecitt Brow
