There are twelve one-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. Haddon Court also has an accessible garden for spending time outdoors when the weather is good. Four of the ground floor apartments have private patio doors leading onto this space.

Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person, and includes a Tunstall alarm in every apartment, as well as an intercom system on the front doors. There is a lift for access to the upper floor.

Haddon Court is focused on teaching people life skills, with the aim of people moving into the community and living independently. The main skills we teach people include meal preparation, medication, accessing services, handling bills and money, and helping people understand acceptable social behaviour.

At Haddon Court, people choose how they spend their time. Trips to the coast, tourist attractions, Hunstanton and dog racing are favourites. Haddon Court has a real community feel, with lots of the people we support socialising in each other's apartments to play Xbox or card games. People enjoy going to Club 73 on a Wednesday evening.
