There are thirteen spacious self-contained apartments, each with a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. Three apartments have one bedroom while the other ten have two bedrooms. Most bathrooms are standard and some are wetroom-style.

Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person, and includes an intercom, CCTV and a Tunstall connected care system in all apartments. Five apartments are fully accessible.

The people we support here are aged between 24 and 65 and live with a range of needs - some people are highly dependent on staff while others have a good level of independence. 

Some people enjoy regular visits from an aromatherapist and masseuse. Small pets are allowed - one person has a pet guinea pig.
