Sangwell House has sixteen one-bedroom apartments, each with an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a wet room style ensuite. The ground floor apartments are fully accessible and come equipped with drop counters and cooker, and self opening doors. All of the apartments are brand new and beautifully finished.
Sangwell House also has an accessible garden with a patio for people to relax in when the weather is good.
Assistive technology includes an intercom system with video in each apartment, wiring for automatic blinds, CCTV, and a Tunstall nurse-call system.
