The house has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining room. There is one shared bathroom and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite. Outside there’s a small garden for everyone to enjoy.

The people we support here appreciate their own space and enjoy a quiet atmosphere, so someone with a similar outlook is an ideal fit. The two ladies living here enjoy lots of hobbies and activities, including going out for lunch, shopping, listening to music, day trips to local attractions and swimming.

Exeter is a ten-minute drive away and has larger shops and amenities including a Vue Cinema, an Odeon Cinema, Tenpin Exeter for bowling, Exeter Cathedral, the Guildhall Shopping Centre and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery.

For people who like to stay active, Northbrook Swimming Pool or Pyramids Swimming and Leisure Centre provide year-round access to swimming pools and a gym. People also enjoy walking in the area - Belmont Park and Sensory Garden is a popular destination.
