To the rear of the property is a larger, enclosed grassed garden area. There is a garage and storage area.

Meir has a large health centre, education and fitness centre. there are a lot of local shops including a butcher, optician, hairdressers, tanning shops, Hylands electrical store, solicitors, post office, numerous takeaways and café’s, newsagents, charity shops and a village hall which holds different events. There is also a football club at the rear to the property and a rugby club down the road towards Werrington. A short bus journey will take you to Stoke-on-Trent, which provides access to larger attractions including Waterworld swimming pool, Festival Retail Park and intu Potteries for shopping, Regent Theatre, the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, Tenpin Stoke bowling, an Odeon Cinema and a Cineworld.
