Lifeways Workplace is a place for sharing non-confidential, work-related information. By claiming your profile and accepting your Workplace account, you are confirming that you have completed the required Workplace training on My Lifeways Learning. You are also confirming that you agree to follow the terms stated in the training on the acceptable use of Workplace within Lifeways. This includes the requirement to safeguard personal data and compliance with Lifeways Social Media policy and all other employee policies relevant to the acceptable conduct expected of Lifeways colleagues. This also includes express and recorded consent from individuals agreeing to their personal information, including images, to be posted on Lifeways Workplace. Lifeways data should not be stored on personal devices. Any breach of these conditions may result in disciplinary action being taken, in accordance with the Lifeways disciplinary process. Lifeways policies are available on My Lifeways Learning and on the Lifeways intranet. It is your responsibility to read the policies. Access to the policies should be requested from your line manager if you are unable to access the Intranet directly.
