Andy has over 25 years’ experience in IT and digital transformation, and more than a decade at board-level roles, working with PLCs, private equity, and large international and complex multi-site businesses.
He joined Lifeways in 2023 as Chief Information Officer (CIO), having previously held senior roles in Bupa and Spire Healthcare.
Andy works closely with our Executive Leadership Team, leading the vision for digital transformation throughout the Group.
He is passionate about delivering innovative digital solutions which ensure Lifeways continues to provide life-changing outcomes for the people we support.
