Annual salary reviews
For frontline teams this takes place in April - we actively work with the sector to champion better pay for support workers. For Support Functions, salary reviews are performance-based, and we benchmark pay annually to stay competitive.

- Our CHOICE Awards have received 637 nominations, had 19 Team winners, 29 Regional winners and 23 Regional runners-up
- 1,063 recognition eCards and over 6,900 personalised Happy Birthday eCards have been sent
- We've celebrated nearly 4,000 long service awards
- Almost 850 team members have worked for Lifeways for over 5 years, with close to 100 team members doing so for 20 years or more!
CHOICE Awards
Every quarter, our teams shine a light on their fantastic colleagues who truly live and breathe our CHOICE values. Winners receive personalised congratulations from our Executive Team, shopping vouchers to enjoy, and a place in our annual CHOICE awards.
Long Service Awards
We don’t just recognise outstanding work - we also love to celebrate the loyalty and dedication of our Lifeways family. If you've been with us for five years or more, you’ll receive a special cash reward as a thank you for everything you do.
Shouting loud and proud about great work

Refer a Friend Scheme
If you love working at Lifeways and know someone else who would too, our Refer a Friend Scheme means you can earn £200. And if you refer someone for a Service Manager or Registered Manager role, you could earn £500!
