Annual salary reviews
For frontline teams this takes place in April - we actively work with the sector to champion better pay for support workers. For Support Functions, salary reviews are performance-based, and we benchmark pay annually to stay competitive.

CHOICE Awards
Every quarter, our teams shine a light on their fantastic colleagues who truly live and breathe our CHOICE values. Winners receive a personalised congratulations from our Executive Team, shopping vouchers to enjoy, and a place in our annual CHOICE Awards.
Long Service Awards
We don’t just recognise outstanding work - we also love to celebrate the loyalty and dedication of our Lifeways family. If you’ve been with us for five years or more, you’ll receive a special cash reward to say thank you for everything you do.

Refer a Friend Scheme
If you love working at Lifeways and know someone else who would too, our Refer a Friend scheme means you can earn £200. And if you refer someone for a Service Manager or Registered Manager role, you could earn £500!
