One Team Forum
Our staff council brings colleagues together from all over the UK to share ideas, suggest better ways of working, and help shape how we do things. It’s your chance to influence real change.
Diversity Council
We believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and valued. Our Diversity Council brings people together to celebrate differences, tackle challenges and shape an inclusive workplace - where everyone can thrive, just by being themselves.
Regular 1:1s
We believe in meaningful conversations. Regular one-to-ones with your manager make sure you’re supported, can talk through challenges, and share your ideas for improving how we work.
Staff surveys
Your feedback helps us grow. We run quick quarterly Pulse surveys and a detailed annual engagement survey to understand what’s working well and where we need to do better.
Breakfast Club
Grab a brew and chat with our Executive Team in an informal setting. Our quarterly Breakfast Clubs are a relaxed way to ask questions, share ideas, and connect with leadership.
Fundraising events
From bake sales to fancy dress, there’s always something happening. Get involved, have fun, and help raise money for good causes alongside your colleagues.
Community projects
We love giving back. You’ll have chances to join in with local projects, charity days, and volunteering to make a difference where you live and work.
Test driver
Be the first to try out new systems, tech or ways of working. Join focus groups, share your honest feedback, and help us get things right before we roll them out.
Being part of the One Team Forum has really shown me how much Lifeways values every voice - no matter your role or where you’re based. The Diversity Council gives everyone a voice, with members from varied backgrounds bringing different perspectives and expertise.
