All Saints
Life-changing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, brain injuries or mental health conditions.
Type of property
At All Saints people are supported to live independently while forming part of a close-knit community.
The apartment building is made up of sixteen apartments, each with one bedroom and a wet room with shower. There is also an open-plan living room, with a kitchen and dining area. The shared garden is accessible and has a patio for people to use when the weather is good.
Apartments located on the second floor are accessible via a lift. The properties also come with assistive technology and an intercom to talk to staff.
Valued in your community
At All Saints, we’re fortunate to be located close to Leamington Spa town centre. The local area has a lot to offer including a post office, cafes, restaurants and high-street banks.
Nearby Jephson Gardens and Royal Pump Room Gardens are perfect for walks when the weather is good. People also enjoy visiting the many local art galleries and museums, and the Vue cinema.
The people we support also enjoy year-round access to the Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre for gym sessions and swimming.
Living at this service
All Saints is ready to welcome a person of any age. The people we support here enjoy volunteering, socialising, listening to music, watching television, walking, cooking and baking, shopping, swimming, sewing, and being in the community.
People choose how they spend their time - there are movie nights once a week, news nights to discuss politics, bingo nights, and parties. Visiting the coast, going bowling and to the cinema, and day trips to London are favourites.
“At All Saints, the staff work as a team which creates a happy and healthy environment. The people we care for are relaxed - they really feel secure and stable within the apartments. Each individual is supported to fulfil their own goals.” Manager, All Saints
