Avon Place is a new property for Lifeways and is ready to welcome new residents. This set of apartments provides the perfect mix of independent living and staff support – living in a shared building means individuals can benefit from a vibrant community, while having peace and quiet whenever they need it too.

The property has six one-bedroom apartments, arranged over two floors. Each apartment has a large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, and wet room style bathrooms. Avon Place has a private, enclosed garden with a patio for people to socialise.

Every apartment is equipped with an intercom system, and the property has CCTV. Assistive technology within each apartment can be sourced and tailored to suit individual needs.

Avon Place is a brand new development and is ready to welcome a group of new residents. The apartments would be well suited to people aged between 18 and 65.

Life at Avon Place is ideal for people with learning disabilities, people living on the autistic spectrum and people with more complex needs. Everyone will be supported to live a happy life, full of ambition. Whether it's learning a new life skill, taking up a new hobby or taking a first step into volunteering or employment, we're here to support and encourage each goal however big or small.
