The building has sixteen apartments, each with one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with a shower. There are four accessible apartments, which come equipped with a wet room style ensuite with sliding doors, which can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway.

There’s an accessible garden with a patio and a BBQ for people to use when the weather is good. Pets are welcome too - we already have a gerbil, a fish and a hamster living here.

Assistive technology is fitted as standard to give you peace of mind. The building has CCTV throughout, exit buttons on all doors, a nurse call point in each apartment and an intercom system.
