There are two wet room-style bathrooms and in the upstairs bathroom, there is an accessible bath with side access and hoists. There is an accessible garden with a patio for people to use when the weather is nice. People from both properties enjoy socialising in this shared space.

Broad Lea is ready to welcome a man or a woman aged over 40 who has a diagnosed mental health condition and needs the right level of recovery support. Any new residents will receive person-centred, tailored support and be encouraged to follow their personal goals and ambitions. We can support people to learn new life skills such as cooking and money management, to take up a new hobby or make new friends, as well as getting out and about in the local community.
