Located on the ground floor in a cul-de-sac, the apartment has two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and laundry room. The shared bathroom has a Hi-Lo bath and ceiling track hoist. Outside there’s a small lawned garden and plenty of parking at the front. 

Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person and the apartment is fully wheelchair accessible.

We are ready to welcome someone new who would benefit from personalised support in a friendly environment.  Byron Close is currently home to a lady in her 50s, who enjoys a wide range of hobbies and interests. She likes going shopping, watching television, cooking, and arts and crafts. Whoever moves in will be supported to pursue their interests and get the most out of the local community – there are several excellent day centres nearby.

We are located in bustling Streatham, with pubs, shops, takeaways and cafes right on the doorstep. There’s a popular leisure centre just down the road and we are a few seconds walk from Streatham Common. 

There are supermarkets, banks, high street shops, restaurants and a vast array of amenities in Streatham, plus excellent transport links into central London – you can get the train to London Victoria in about half an hour. London is a vibrant and diverse city where there is always something to see and do.
