Castlereagh is a four-bedroom terraced house with an open-plan living and dining room, a kitchen and bathroom. The fourth bedroom is used by staff, making it ideal for someone who requires overnight support. The property is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Castlereagh has a paved garden with a patio area for spending time outdoors when the weather is good. Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person. Pets are welcome with prior agreement.

Silksworth Community Pool, Tennis & Wellness Centre provides a pool, gym and many different exercise classes. Sunderland City Centre offers Bridges Shopping Centre, Sunderland Empire Theatre and the Winter Gardens and Museum.

Newcastle is easily accessible by public transport and has a vibrant array of music and cultural experiences including the Discovery Museum, The Life Science Centre, Eldon Square for shopping, and St James’ Park football ground.
