Cherry Trees is a modern Dorma bungalow where people are supported to live happy and independent lives.

The house features five bedrooms, one of which is used as a sleep-in room for overnight support. Four of the bedrooms are downstairs with one upstairs. There’s a large lounge at the front of the house, an open plan kitchen and dining room and a separate utility room.
There’s a wet room style bathroom upstairs and a shared ground floor bathroom with a bath. The lower level of the house is wheelchair accessible. Outside there’s a large back garden with a lawn and a patio area that everyone can enjoy.

Life at Cherry Trees is suitable for people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions.

There are four ladies living here, aged between 35 and 60. They enjoy doing things together, going out for meals, trips to the theatre and shopping. The atmosphere at the home is very homely, the people who live here are encouraged to do as much for themselves as possible. They always have home cooked meals and love cooking for each other.

We are looking for another female who is able to climb the stairs, enjoys cooking and going out and joining in with group activities such as shopping or the theatre.

Cherry Trees is in a pleasant residential area in Blythe Bridge, which is located between Stoke and Uttoxeter. Nearby there are few local shops, a supermarket and a pub. Longton is a short drive away and offers a range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Stoke-on-Trent is also close by and has more shops, leisure facilities and heritage attractions. Derby is under an hour away by car and has fantastic shopping centres, museums, theatres and some beautiful parks and gardens.
