The first bungalow has six bedrooms, one being en-suite, with three further shared bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-diner and a conservatory. The second house also has six bedrooms with two en-suites, a shared wet room, living room, dining room and kitchen. The third bungalow has five bedrooms, two are en-suite, a shared bathroom, living room, open plan kitchen-diner and a conservatory. There are gardens all around the properties with patio areas and raised beds.

There are few things more rewarding than feeling like an active and valued part of the community. Church Farm Way is located in a thriving residential area a mile or so from Colchester town centre. There are plenty of pubs, shops and cafes within walking distance of the service and it’s only a five minute drive into the town.

Colchester is a vibrant and historic market town where there’s always something to see and do. There are shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a variety of cultural attractions such as Roman ruins, Colchester Castle, galleries, museums and arts venues. For those who enjoy the outdoors, Colchester and the surrounding area has plenty of beautiful landscapes and parks for an afternoon stroll or a proper hike.

We are ready to welcome new residents of any age and ability. Some of our current residents are wheelchair users and are non-verbal and we are ready to welcome someone who may have complex needs.  

The people living at Church Farm Way enjoy a range of activities and hobbies and are very sociable, enjoying trips out for lunch, going for walks and visiting local attractions like Colchester Zoo.
