Type of property
At Church View apartments, people benefit from a vibrant network of staff and friends, while having peace and quiet when they need it too.
The property has level access and a lift for internal access to upper floors. There are twelve apartments, each with one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a wet room style bathroom. All of the ground floor apartments have patio doors with access to the communal garden.
There are also twelve accessible bungalows which all have one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room. Each bungalow has a set of doors leading onto a shared garden.
Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person and includes an intercom system, buttons for the doors, and CCTV.
Pets are welcome and we have resident guinea pigs and fish in the apartments, and cats and rabbits in the bungalows.
