Type of property

Valued in your community
Citron Close is in Walton, with its vibrant cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. We’re just a short walk from Walton Hall Park too. For people who like to stay active, Lifestyles Alsop Fitness Centre provides year-round access to a gym and swimming pool.
Liverpool is easily accessible from the property. Here, people can enjoy numerous museums and art galleries, Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, the Liverpool Empire, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Imagine That Science and Discovery Centre. And we’re spoilt for choice for beautiful walks - the docks, Toxteth Park, Wavertree Botanic Gardens and Sefton Park are just a small selection.
Liverpool is also home to The Reader Organisation - a charity specialising in shared reading to improve mental wellbeing. Located in Calderstones Park, people can visit the Reader Cafe or the Storybarn to join shared reading sessions, where stories are read aloud and then discussed.
Living at this service
Citron Close is ideal for a relaxed, sociable man aged 40 or over. The two men we support here have schizophrenia. Their interests include shopping, gardening, watching television and films, socialising, walking, listening to music, and being in the community.
Citron Close forms part of a group block of three Lifeways properties. It is a sociable street with lots of friendships between people in the different houses.
"Citron Close has a lot of local amenities. The people we support enjoy going to the local park, or further afield. The area has a strong community feel - everyone helps each other and are friends. The atmosphere throughout Citron Close is really lovely.” Manager, Citron Close
