Cuthleton Terrace
Type of property
Cuthleton Terrace is a four-bedroom detached house where people are welcomed and supported to live happy and independent lives.
The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, along with a living room, kitchen-diner and toilet. There’s one bedroom upstairs with access to a wet-room style bathroom. Outside there’s a garden with a lovely patio area for sitting out when it’s sunny.
Living at this service
Life at Cuthleton Terrace is suitable for people with learning disabilities or autism.
We are ready to welcome a man aged over 40 who is fully mobile and doesn’t mind a busy paced environment with plenty going on. There are three older gentlemen living here currently, and they enjoy going on holiday, watching television and getting out and about in the local area.
Valued in your community
Cuthleton Terrace is in a quiet estate in the Newbank area of Glasgow. It’s a close-knit and welcoming community, with excellent bus links to the wider Glasgow area. It’s not far from Celtic Park and the Emirates Arena Sports Centre. Also nearby is Parkhead Forge, a large retail park with shops and restaurants. Within half a mile is Tollcross Park and International Swimming Centre – great for a day out.
The centre of Glasgow is only 20 minutes by car, and offers a huge array of shops, pubs, restaurants, leisure facilities and heritage sites. There are plenty of galleries, theatres and museums to choose from, and always something new to see and do.
“Cuthleton Terrace is a busy house that still retains a relaxed atmosphere. The men living here enjoy lots of different activities and have strong bonds with the long-standing support team.”
