The house has four bedrooms, one of which is a staff sleep-in room for overnight support. One bedroom is upstairs and has access to a wet room-style bathroom. There’s also a kitchen and living room. Outside there’s a large garden with a patio area for everyone to enjoy.

There are two older ladies living at the house, and they’d love another female who is over 40 to join them. They are sociable and chatty and have lots of hobbies and interests. They love dancing, watching game shows and old musicals. They also enjoy going on holiday and have been to Tenerife together. Whoever moves in would need to be fully mobile to access the stairs.

Drumchapel Place is in a pleasant residential area a few miles northwest of Glasgow. There are shops, convenience stores and cafes within walking distance, as well as a post office, doctors and chemist. Clydebank is easily accessible and great for shopping, and Braehead Shopping Centre is about a mile away and has plenty of high street stores and restaurants.

Glasgow is a 20-minute drive away and has a multitude of shops, leisure facilities, tourist attractions and heritage sites.

If you like the outdoors, Colquhoun Park and Knightswood Park are nearby, offering woodland walks, tennis courts and a large wildlife pond.
