The five-bedroom, detached bungalow has a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and three wet-room style bathrooms. Each bedroom has a wet room style ensuite. Eastfield also has an accessible garden with a patio and a BBQ for people to use when the weather is good.
Assistive technology, including an intercom system, ceiling tracking hoists and sensory equipment is equipped as standard.

Eastfield is ready to welcome a person in their fifties or sixties. People living here are aged between 50 and 90, and live with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, blindness, quadriplegia, and epilepsy.
At Eastfield, people enjoy going to the day centre, doing sensory activities, being outdoors, going to church, war reenactments, football, spending time with family, karaoke, walking, shopping, cooking, listening to music, swimming, bingo, watching television, and being in the community.
