Elm Tree House is a residential service ready to welcome new people and support them in leading an independent life.
The main property is a detached house with six bedrooms, each with a wet room style ensuite. There is a communal bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate room with an accessible toilet. The two floors mirror each other and have a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a laundry room on one of the floors.
Elm Tree House also has four self-contained apartments, each with a wet room style bathroom, and an open-plan lounge and kitchen.
There is a large accessible garden with a patio and swings for residents to use when the weather is nice. Assistive technology is on site and can be tailored to suit the needs of each person and includes CCTV, call points in all apartments and bedrooms, and an intercom system.
