At Elm Vale apartments, people come together as a community. Living in this shared building means people benefit from a vibrant network of staff and friends, as well as enjoying peace and quiet when they need it too.

The property has thirteen apartments, each with an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with either a shower, a bath, or a shower over the bath. Three of the apartments also have an ensuite bathroom. Most apartments have two bedrooms, while others have one bedroom.

There is an accessible garden for people to spend time relaxing outside when the weather is good. Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person and includes an intercom system and CCTV throughout.

Pets are welcome - there are two cats and a hamster also resident here.

At Elm Vale, we are located in Fairfield, a short walk from Newsham Park and Garden, which has a model boating lake. The local area has many cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops. There’s Liverpool Shopping Park too, which has high-street shops and cafés.
For people who like to stay active, Peter Lloyd Leisure Centre and Jubilee Sports Bank provide year-round access to gyms, exercise classes, sports courts and a swimming pool.
Liverpool is easily accessible from the property. Here, people can enjoy numerous museums and art galleries, Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, the Liverpool Empire, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Imagine That Science and Discovery Centre. And we’re spoilt for choice for beautiful walks - the docks, Toxteth Park, Wavertree Botanic Gardens and Sefton Park are just a small selection.

People’s hobbies include working, volunteering, gaming, listening to music, karaoke, walking, shopping, cooking, swimming, bingo, socialising and being in the community. Lots of people we support here sing or play instruments including the guitar, ukulele, and the keyboard.

At Elm Vale, people choose how they spend their time. Trips to the Liverpool Docks, the coast, tourist attractions and Blackpool are favourites. The people we support go to restaurants and local festivals together, as well as taking part in or watching football and badminton at the local sport centre.
