Gaskell Crescent is a modern semi-detached house where people are supported to live happy and fulfilling lives.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which is used as a staff sleep-in room for overnight support. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, along with a bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs there is an en suite bedroom plus the staff bedroom. Outside there’s a large patio area and a garage for storage.

Life at Gaskell Crescent is suitable for people with learning disabilities or autism.

We currently support a man in his thirties, who enjoys day trips, going out for meals, playing football and swimming. He also likes going to the cinema and is a big fan of attending local car boot sales.

We’re ready to welcome someone new to the house, ideally with similar interests who enjoys a wide range of activities and socialising in the community. The house has a very relaxed and homely atmosphere and whoever moves in will be supported to do the things they love and achieve their goals.

Gaskell Crescent is located in Thornton-Cleveleys on the beautiful Fylde Coast. There are local shops, cafes and takeaways within walking distance, and within a mile or two there are post offices, a library and community centres.

Blackpool is easily accessed by car or public transport, and offers classic seaside entertainments including fish and chips, theatres and shows and the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The coast is less than a mile away and is a great place for a stroll. Also nearby is Wyre Estuary Country Park which features scenic riverfront walks, picnic areas and walking trails.
