There is a staff annexe in the middle of the site so someone is always on hand if needed, and there is also an emergency call system in each flat for added safety and security.

This area enjoys excellent transport links, being within easy access of the A1 and has some excellent close-by attractions, including the National Trust property, Belton House, and Belton Woods hotel and golf course.
