Downstairs there’s a kitchen, living room, dining room and further large living room. There are two shared bathrooms with a bath and shower.

Outside there’s a pretty front garden and a driveway around the back of the property.

The service is an all-male service and the people living here are aged between 29 and 60. They enjoy all sorts of activities and hobbies, and particularly like watching movies, going out on day trips on the bus and gaming. The house would suit someone who is laid back and doesn’t mind a bit of noise sometimes.

Hird Road is in a pleasant residential area, with shops, pubs and takeaways within walking distance. There’s a Tesco Express at the end of the road, and Harold Park & Garden is a short walk away which is a pretty park with a large lake. 

Sedbergh Leisure Centre is nearby and offers year-round access to a gym, pool and fitness classes. Bradford is a 20-minute drive away and offers great shopping, museums, theatres, cinemas and restaurants.
