The house, located in Garston, is a spacious semi-detached with four bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen and a small garden to the side. There are two shared bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and there’s an additional bedroom in the loft.

Holman Road is in the popular residential area of Garston, about 6 miles south of Liverpool city centre. Garston has a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, and Liverpool is only a short drive away or a few stops on the train.

Liverpool is a vibrant and historic city where people can enjoy numerous museums and art galleries, Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, the Liverpool Empire, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Imagine That Science and Discovery Centre. And we’re spoilt for choice for beautiful walks - the docks, Toxteth Park, Wavertree Botanic Gardens and Sefton Park are just a small selection.

Liverpool is also home to The Reader Organisation - a charity specialising in shared reading to improve mental wellbeing. Located in Calderstones Park, people can visit the Reader Cafe or the Storybarn to join shared reading sessions, where stories are read aloud and then discussed.

Transport links are excellent, buses and trains run regularly to Liverpool where you can connect to local and national destinations.
