The property has ten apartments, five with one bedroom and five with two bedrooms. Each apartment has an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a bathroom. There is one communal room onsite where people can relax and socialise.

Jasmin Walk also has a patio area for people to relax in when the weather is good. Assistive technology can be tailored to suit the needs of each person and includes an intercom system and door sensors.

People’s hobbies include listening to music, going to the pub, shopping, watching television, going out for lunch, swimming, playing snooker, bingo, going to zumba and yoga classes, socialising and being in the community. They also enjoy many group outings and once a year people enjoy joining in a group holiday in the UK. We usually go to a big house in Cornwall for five days.
