Living at this service
We presently support three men who live with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and autism.
The youngest man here enjoys driving in the car, people watching, swimming, going to Bounceability and interacting with staff. Another enjoys walking and visiting garden centres. The third man here enjoys socialising, going to the local amusements, eating out and spending time in community groups.
At Main Road, people choose how they spend their time. People have hobbies including listening to music, watching television, shopping, gardening, baking, karaoke, and bingo. Trips to the local beaches and tourist attractions are favourites.
“Main Road is in a lovely quiet area that also has local amenities within walking distance. The bungalow is nice, big, airy, and has a lovely back garden. The staff team works hard to give person-centred care. One resident has been here for ten years so there is a really stable atmosphere.” Manager, Main Road
