Living at this service
Life at Mansewood Road is suitable for people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities or mental health conditions.
Mansewood Road is currently home to two older gentlemen who have a range of interests. One man is in his 70s and loves music, eating out, shopping, musicals and travelling to the seaside. The other man is in his 50s and enjoys having tasks to do when at home, helping with mealtimes and various other household activities. He loves going out and does so several times a week. He has an interest in playing snooker, ten pin bowling, cinema, strong man events, concerts, and football.
The atmosphere at home is very calm and quiet, both these gentlemen have autism and don’t seek out a relationship or communicate with each other. When at home they prefer their own company and choose to spend time at home in their bedrooms. Another man who is quiet and has good mobility would be a good fit.
