Marble Court is a set of nine apartments, each with one bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. Some bathrooms have a shower while others have a bath.

Marble Court also has an accessible garden with a BBQ for spending time outdoors when the weather is pleasant.

There is level access on the ground floor only. Pets may be allowed.
