At Mulberry Lodge apartments people will benefit from a vibrant network of staff and friends, while having peace and quiet when they need it too.

Mulberry Lodge has a bespoke layout, with a block of six apartments designed to support people with high level needs and physical disabilities, and two further blocks totalling eight apartments designed for people with lower level support requirements.  

Each of the 14 one bedroom apartments comes with assistive technology built in as standard, modern white goods and integrated appliances. The ground floor apartments each have their own individual gardens to enjoy, and there's plenty of parking too.

Mulberry Lodge is in a residential area just five minutes walk from the centre of Sutton-in-Ashfield. The local area has cafes, pubs and restaurants, high-street banks, a post office and a library. Idlewells Shopping Centre has lots of high street shops and cafes. 

For people who like to stay active, Lammas Leisure Centre is a short walk away and  provides year-round access to a gym and swimming pool, or there’s Sutton Lawn Park for walking when the weather is good.

Mansfield is the nearest large town, and offers larger shops and amenities,the Odeon cinema, the Four Seasons Shopping Centre and Mansfield Superbowl for tenpin bowling too.
