Type of property
At Newlands Avenue apartments people are welcomed and supported to live independent lives.
The service is a modern, purpose-built service consisting of twelve self-contained, one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom.
Newlands Avenue is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible garden with a patio for spending time outdoors when the weather is good. The people we support here love to have barbecues together in the summer. The service is staffed 24 hours a day so there’s always someone on hand to help.
Living at this service

The people living here range in age from 20s to 70s and have a wide range of hobbies and interests. They love film nights, day trips and holidays and spending time with their families.
