Oakfield
Type of property
Oakfield Drive is an attractive and modern bungalow where people are supported to live independent and happy lives. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, plus a fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and conservatory. There’s also a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Outside there’s an accessible garden with a patio area that everyone can enjoy. Pets may be allowed – we currently have a resident cat.
When you choose supported living, you’re choosing to live independently, safe and secure behind your own front door. There’s peace of mind in knowing the Lifeways team is on-hand, providing tailored support that helps people to lead more fulfilling lives, surrounded by like-minded people.
Living at this service
We are ready to welcome a new resident and someone over 40 would be an ideal fit with the current residents.
The people living here have lots of interests and hobbies, and enjoy to spend their time watching television, going out for lunch, shopping and going out on day trips. The house would suit someone who enjoys being in the community and going out for dinners while living in a quiet and relaxed environment.
Valued in your community
Oakfield Drive is in a residential area with convenience stores, pubs and takeaways nearby. It’s located a couple of miles from Leyland, which has all the amenities of a busy town, including shops, restaurants, banks, post offices and a library.
For people who like to stay active, there are several gyms and leisure centres within a few miles, and some great places to walk – Worden Park and Aston Park are a few examples.
“Oakfield Drive is located on a quiet cul-de-sac located on the outskirts of Leyland. It’s a very quiet and peaceful house, with a lovely staff team to help people live the life they choose.”
