The house has four bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room and conservatory. There’s one ground floor wet room with a bath, bath chair lift and  shower, plus one ground floor separate toilet. Outside there’s an accessible garden for everyone to enjoy.

Orchard Way is located in a quiet residential lane about a mile and a half from Dartford town centre.

There are a couple of convenience stores within a mile of the property, and within a few minutes’ drive you’ll find pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. In Dartford you can find all the major shops and supermarkets, libraries, pharmacies and a museum.

Bluewater Shopping Centre is only a few miles away, and offers a huge range of shops with a variety of restaurants and a cinema. There are some beautiful outdoor spaces nearby – Dartford Central Park and Darenth Country Park are all a ten minute drive away.
