Type of property
At Parkview people are welcomed and supported to live independent lives.
Parkview is a modern detached house with four bedrooms, one of which serves as a staff sleep-in room for overnight support. There’s a large kitchen-diner, utility room and separate lounge with patio doors leading out onto the garden. There are two bathrooms, one is downstairs and the other is an upstairs wet room. There’s an accessible garden outside with a lawn and patio area that’s perfect for sitting out in the sun.
Living at this service
Life at Parkview is suitable for people with learning disabilities, brain injuries, physical disabilities or autism.
We are ready to welcome a person of any age who would benefit from support in a friendly environment. The people we support here are all over 50 and enjoy baking, colouring, arts and crafts and using the local amenities in Brentwood. They also like going out in their cars and visiting the local garden centre. Someone who appreciates their own space but also likes to get out and about would be a great fit.
Valued in your community
Parkview is located just outside Brentwood, and is close to local shops, pubs, cafes and takeaways. Brentwood is a short drive away and has plenty of high street shops, restaurants, a theatre and a museum. Popular local attractions include the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, Wild Forest and Barnards Farm Miniature Railway.
There are excellent transport links to Chelmsford and Basildon and you can reach London by train in under an hour.
“We’re in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac next door to another Lifeways service. Some of the team have been with the people we support a very long time and know the people and area well. It is a calm, inviting environment and the people that live here are very content.”
