There are eight one-bedroom apartments, each with an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with a cubicle shower. There is a yard for people to spend time relaxing outside when the weather is good.

Assistive technology includes an intercom system, and CCTV throughout to ensure people’s safety.

For people who like to stay active, Peter Lloyd Leisure Centre provides year-round access to exercise classes, a gym and a swimming pool.

Liverpool is easily accessible from the property. Here, people can enjoy numerous museums and art galleries, Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, the Liverpool Empire, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Imagine That Science and Discovery Centre. And we’re spoilt for choice for beautiful walks - the docks, Toxteth Park, Wavertree Botanic Gardens and Sefton Park are just a small selection.
Liverpool is also home to The Reader Organisation - a charity specialising in shared reading to improve mental wellbeing. Located in Calderstones Park, people can visit the Reader Cafe or the Storybarn to join shared reading sessions, where stories are read aloud and then discussed.
