Priory Walk
Type of service
At Priory Walk we empower people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways.
This large, modern detached house has three bedrooms, living room, dining room, quiet lounge, kitchen and laundry room. One bedroom has an en-suite while the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. There’s also an accessible garden with a patio for everyone to enjoy.
Valued in your community
Priory Walk is in a quiet residential area just outside Sutton Coldfield and within easy reach of all local shops and amenities. The bustling high street with many shops, restaurants and cafes is a few minutes’ walk away. There are several supermarkets within walking distance too, and amenities like banks and post offices can be found in nearby towns of Erdington and Sutton Coldfield.
There are some beautiful green spaces near this service, including Sutton Park and Pype Hayes Park – perfect for people who like spending time outdoors. The vibrant city of Birmingham with all its attractions is only 7 miles away, ideal for day trips.
Living at this service
Life at Priory Walk is suitable for people with learning disabilities, autism and brain injuries, and ideally we would love to welcome an older lady who enjoys socialising while also appreciating quiet time in a friendly home.
The current residents have a wide range of hobbies and interests including going for walks, getting out into the community, cooking, going on day trips, cooking and bingo.
“This is a large house in a quiet but friendly location. It’s a very comfortable home with two quiet and content people who are supported to live happy, fulfilling lives.”
