Quadrant House
Life-changing support for adults with acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions.
Type of property
At Quadrant House apartments, people come together as a community. Living in this shared building means people benefit from a vibrant network of staff and friends, as well as enjoying independence in their own apartments when they need it too.
There are sixteen apartments, each with one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, and a wet room-style bathroom. There is a communal living room for people to socialise and relax together.
Quadrant House also has a garden with a patio and a BBQ for people to spend time outside when the weather is good. Assistive technology includes an intercom system, door sensors and CCTV to give you peace of mind throughout the property. There’s a lift to access the upper floors.
Pets are welcome - we currently have a resident cat, dog and budgie.
Valued in your community
Quadrant House is in Warrington, which has vibrant cafes, pubs, restaurants, high-street shops and banks, a post office and a library. There’s also Cockhedge and Golden Square Shopping Centres, the Museum of Policing in Cheshire, Warrington Museum and Art Gallery, Superbowl UK Warrington for bowling, and a Cineworld Cinema.
For people who like to stay active, DW Fitness First Warrington provides year-round access to exercise classes, a gym and a swimming pool. People also like walking in the local area - St Elphins Park is a popular destination. Nearby Victoria Park has an athletics track too.
Living at this service
Quadrant House is ideal for someone aged between 18 and 65 years of age. People we support here are very independent and enjoy a range of activities.
At Quadrant House, people choose how they spend their time - trips to local parks, Blackpool, Southport and Alton Towers are favourites. Hobbies include walking, cooking, listening to music, watching television, volunteering, shopping, gaming, playing the organ and the guitar, socialising and being in the community.
“Quadrant House is very modern. People can choose to socialise in the communal areas or be totally private - whichever you prefer. All amenities are within a ten-minute walk. The staff are friendly and welcoming with a great focus on helping people to become confident.” Manager, Quadrant House
