Rothley Road is in Mountsorrel, located on the River Soar between Leicester and Loughborough. Across the road is a chip shop and convenience store, with a larger Co-op just five-minutes’ walk away. The village centre is a five-minute walk and has a library, several cafés, hairdressers, a post office and haberdashery.

We have some excellent facilities within walking distance, and we also benefit from good public transport links and train services to go further afield. A little further away is Stonehurst Farm which has many different animals and a café selling homemade produce. Rothley village is around a 30-minute walk and offers garden centres, small craft shops, pubs, cafés and two convenience stores.

Life at Rothley Road is suitable for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.

We currently support five ladies at Rothley Road, four of which are in their thirties and one older lady. They enjoy listening to music, fashion, watching television, cooking, pamper sessions and going to live shows. One lady has a pet bearded dragon. All events such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter are celebrated, with everyone taking part in decorating their home and making food for parties.
