Type of property
Sixth Avenue is a specialist residential service. Sitting at the heart of the local community, Sixth Avenue offers opportunities for positive social inclusion.
There are four fully accessible bedrooms, with spacious and comfortable communal areas and a large enclosed fully accessible garden to the rear.
Assisted technology is installed according to individual needs, and everyone is encouraged to truly personalise their own bedroom. There is an Arjo Hi-Lo bath and ceiling tracking.
At Sixth Avenue we offer the highest standards of residential support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.
With a very experienced team who work in close association with social workers and a clinical team, we collectively work to ensure we meet the needs of each individual through a range of activities.
