Square Lane is a four-bedroom bungalow with two shared lounge areas, a kitchen and a laundry room. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there’s one shared bathroom with a shower. The house is wheelchair accessible.

Outside there’s a large back garden with lawns and a decked area which is perfect for garden parties. There's also a resident cat.

We are ready to welcome another lady to join the three ladies living here. The ladies are all over 30 and enjoy doing activities together such as watching films, playing board games and baking. They also love day trips out, gardening and arts and crafts. The atmosphere is fun and lively so someone who is sociable and would enjoy joining in would be ideal.

Burscough Wharf is a short walk away and offer restaurants, cafes, salons and an arts centre. Ormskirk and Southport are within easy reach by public transport and offer various leisure facilities and shops.

Nearby attractions include Martin Mere Wetland Centre, Rufford Old Hall and for lovely walks Fairy Glen and Beacon Country Park are a short drive away.
