The two bedrooms share a bathroom, and there's also a kitchen, large lounge and a conservatory. Outside there's a nice accessible garden with a patio area that everyone can enjoy. Pets may be allowed - we currently have a resident rabbit.

Stamford Road is in a popular residential area of Southport, close to shops, leisure facilities and transport links. Just down the road there’s a Tesco Extra, a great farm shop and a large garden centre with a café, specialist deli and butchers.

Southport is a ten-minute drive away and offers plenty of things to see and do – there’s the iconic beach and seafront, Promenade and Victorian Pier, lots of shops, cafés and restaurants and a lively nightlife scene. On the seafront there are restaurants, a cinema and bowling alley, as well as Southport Pleasureland and amusement arcades.

Nearby Churchtown has pubs, restaurants and the pretty Botanic Gardens, while a little further afield you’ll find the Formby Red Squirrel Reserve and miles of stunning Sefton coastline. Southport is well placed for accessing Liverpool, Preston and the market town of Ormskirk, and Manchester is just over an hour away by train.

We are ready to welcome a female of any age who would like to live in a calm and happy house. The lady we support here is in her early 50s and enjoys socialising, music, going out for walks and lunches, cooking and day trips.

The new resident will be supported to live the life they choose, with maximum independence. We can support someone to learn a new skill, take up a new hobby and get out and about in the community – whatever the goal, we can help make it happen.
